He is credited with inspiring an upsurge in interest among people wanting to explore their Black and British ancestry. He traced his family history back 6 generations, to ancestors captured of the West African coast and enslaved on a sugar plantation in Jamaica. Paul gained national recognition for his work when his novel Ancestors was published in 2002. He appeared on Who Do You Think You Are? (Moira Stuart). His second book A Tree Without Roots is the authentic guide to tracing African, British and Asian Caribbean History.

We felt that there was not any ‘one place’ where Africans in London could find other Africans offering general services or products for Africans living in London. The ones that are about seem tamed or not well maintained to be considered update and accurate. Here at Blacknetworking.org.uk we aim to help bridge this gap.

We are using such areas as: Black African Community based Learning Centres Black African Artisans Black African Businesses Black African Services We encourage visitors to tell others of Black African Services, Artisans, Businesses and Community based Learning Centres in and around London. We have an ‘Add a business’ link that we encourage our visitors make use of, by publishing a business in their respective London area – so other Africans can access them.

Contact Da Legsman for any enquires.
